and now downloads pages don’t work.. downloads are still working but when I got to view packages i get this error…

yes, 3.3.8 will work fine, in v4.0.0 wpdm moved to custom post type and we had to recode most things and some are not done yet, so why is not working. anyhow final release of wpdm pro v4.0.0 coming on 25th jan, 2014.

csv import still will not work with 4.0.0.rc2, but from 4.0.0.rc3, that option will be available again.

I need to import 2K+ downloads with straight id order, i can`t even upload them manually from bulk import because of:
400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large nginx/1.4.4

I’m so happy, just like my avatar.

Hello, i have a problem with csv import. download-manager.4.0.0.RC2
When try to import i have an error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function delete_wpdm_meta() in /myrootfolder/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/functions.php on line 2680

The same error even if i import sample.csv file
The only way it “work” if i upload empty csv file it just redirects to the “All Packages” section.

I just installed the extended short code add-on but when I activate it I get a fatal error that says ‘wpdm_query_var’ has not been defined. Am I missing something? I believe I have the latest version of Download Manager.

I downloaded the ZIP package containing the update and migration file. I uploaded and activated the migration file. When I go to the migrate tab I get the error

When I try to activate, I get this error message:

Hi, I have the same problem.
Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /web/htdocs/[site_ur]/home/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/process.php on line 47

I checked my phpinfo, and it seems zlib is active. (I attach a screenshot)

Any idea why this error appear when I try to download all the package?

Call to undefined function curl_init() in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm.php on line 729

When I trie to enter the serial Key I get this message.
I had installed the download manager bevore, removed it and now it does not work anymore.
When I trie to go to the Widgets area, I can not move any of my widgets or change something.

Please advise.

ok, remove all wpdm add-on dirs from ftp , update and activate wpdm pro, now you can install and activate wpdm add-on. please download add-ons again to get latest version, where we already resolve those issues.

I renamed the folder accordingly, wpdm-tinymce-button-broken, this got my website back up and running but, I still need a resolution for this issue.

hello, I’m having a similar issue I just upgraded to wp 3.6.1, that was successful, but when I did other updates that crashed my entire website. I still have access to my FTP, so please let know what I should modify in the wpdm-mce-button.php to fix this. I have a heavy traffic site http://sunnahpublishing.net and need to get it up and running again fast.
