In reply to: Remove bootstrap
to remove bootstrap from wpdm pro. open functions.php, find and remove following line:
wp_enqueue_style('wpdm-bootstrap',plugins_url().'/download-manager/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css');
wp_enqueue_style('wpdm-bootstrap-responsive',plugins_url().'/download-manager/bootstrap/css/bootstrap-responsive.css');
For the fatal error you need to contact woocommerce developer
In reply to: Download Zip not functioning
please ask your server/hosting support to check zlib. Though your php info showing zlib activated, the fatal error proved that zlib is not working properly in your server. But there is nothing to change with wpdm pro.

Topic: Remove bootstrap
I already have bootstrap on my Roots Theme with WooCommerce. I want to remove Bootstrap, for now i renamed the css folder to css2 so it 404s but i dont want it to remain that way.
Also, This plugin terribly breaks the site, i had to downgrade from jQuery 1.9.1 to 1.8 because of the .live error, which i didn’t get before.
What do i do to get the same format as http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/
Also, when i click on a package to download, i get
Fatal error: Call to a member function is_on_sale() on a non-object in /var/www/rmcl/wp-content/themes/roots/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php on line 14there are related to woocommerce and i dont want to remove it.i tried going through your docs and its confusing. please help.

Hi Shaon,
thanks for your reply
package link: http://intranet.fuerstenberg-institut.de/download/brief-vorlagen/
Error message: Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /home/httpd/docs/intranet.fuerstenberg-institut.de/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/process.php on line 45
phpinfo showing that zlib is installed: http://intranet.fuerstenberg-institut.de/info.phpGreat plugin.
Uploaded the premium pack and got this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_wdm_settings_tab() in /home4/…/public_html/…/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-custom-access-level/wpdm-custom-access-level.php on line 463
Turned off all my plugins but still fails to install. I have S2 member installed in case it conflicts.
First off, thanks for implementing. But it’s throwing an error when trying to activate:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpdm_tpled_packages() in /my-private-server-path/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/modules/widgets.php on line 269
Can you fix?

In reply to: After updating to 3.3.6 fatal error
sorry for the issue, 1st upload of wpdm 3.3.6 was making problem with older version of php, so why we added the older version compatibility and re-uploaded again.
I have PHP Version 5.3.23, and i downloaded the plugin today it isn’t installing tried uploading via sftp and installing via plugin.php nothing works
In reply to: After updating to 3.3.6 fatal error
Looks like i re-downloaded this 3.3.6 and re-installed it, this seemed to work, not sure what was going on with that!
After updating to 3.3.6 i seemed to have a huge issue with the site, so much that i had no clue what was going on with the error logs. So i wiped my site and started over with a new wordpress install no other plugins installed. This is what i get when i try to install 3.3.6 after clicking Activate Plugin. “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
No clue whats going on but this dosent seem good?

Hello — I am trying to get WPDM installed but it’s throwing a fatal error upon activation.
I have disabled plugins to no avail. I have also enabled WP_DEBUG — and none of the notices or errors are related.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
In reply to: Submit Button Does Nothing
to resolve the fatal error you need to install/activate “zlib” in your server. The other could be a js conflict, please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue.
