Yesterday, I renewed my DMpro. After uploading the program into my website, I tried to activate the program and received the following fatal error. I tried to upload the wpdm-core.php file several times, but I still cannot see in the dm directory. No one can download from my site, and I would appreciate your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘File is encrypted!’ in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-pdf-stamper/libs/fpdi1.5.2/pdf_parser.php:247
The basic problems are two:
A) It doesnt always day for which pdf file the error isB) Is it possible to just bypass stamper instead of throwing fatal error when the file is encrypted;

I had the same thing, my hosting company confirmed zlib was installed. I then asked them if zip was enabled and gave them the error message I was getting (Fatal Error: Class ‘ZipArchive” not found). They installed zip and everything started working fine.

“Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found …” means zlib is not working properly in your server, please send the fatal error to server/hosting support, they will check and activate zlib.

I can not turn the plugin after installation, wordpress accuses the following error
“Fatal error: Can not redeclare class shortcodes in …wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.ShortCodes.php on line 4”
Before I used the free version of the plugin, and it worked normally, after replacing the pro version began to accuse this error. How do I solve the problem?

Hi,
I have installed free version of Download Manager. Then I downloaded TinyMCE button plugin & activated, then I purchased Mail-Chimp plugin, installed, activated and linked with Mailchimp account.
Then I purchased Download Manager Pro. Then I was not careful enough to read installation notes, so I havn’t removed free version, but just tried to install DM Pro. This installation failed of course. Now whatever I click on my Admin dashboard I get:

WP is 4.1.1. and I’m running on localhost !

Hi. I recently purchased WordPress Membership PRO but have been experiencing some difficulties uploading the plugin to my site.
I have deactivated and deleted the free version, extracted the files from the downloaded plugin .zip file (couldn’t upload plugin to site using file as is), and uploaded all four individual files via the plugin ‘add new’ area. When I try to activate the wp-membership.zip file I receive the following message: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/jimstacj/public_html/certaintyadvicegroup.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-membership/index.php on line 248” The other 3 files activate fine.
