Can someone please get back with me? I can’t even have the the download manager even active on the site as it gives this fatal error!

I’m not sure if you are all in there working or not because the site was down and had a critical error so they had to deactivate the download plugin. The error logs were these below. Just so you know, I’m trying to find a different solution with regards the membership portion as my client is getting frustrated that this is not working. I’m hoping you can fix the error but again, you might see a different membership plugin installed. I’ve been working through a different solution so we can continue with the membership that he needs on his site. It’s been 2 months since this has had issues and he needs a viable working site!!! Now it seems that the download plugin caused this error versus the membership.

No one has bothered to answer any other questions that I have and I still get critical errors when trying to download anything after I updated the membership plugin to version 2.6.5.

I am the developer, the server is on AWS we didn’t have 500 error in other places but only for this instnace.

When the API is coming back from Stripe servers, it can’t complete the payment process due to the error (there is a parameter that cannot be passed when its value is empty or zero) from Stripe.

Also, I added another plan that has 1 year interval and it works perfectly fine with Stripe Test mode.

Can you please take a closer look at your code (where Stripe API is set)? When you choose the lifetime option, maybe it should use a different method (function) not to pass the data for recurring payment method to stripe, but ONE time payment method.

Does that make sense for you?
