and why when i click Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (1) , the page become error 404.? because there is a file inside, the direct link download package inside is http://bpkkdkepri.org/unduh/lkpd
please help me solve the problem, thank you

I created a link and a page template for downloading PDF files. My theme has sidebars and a footer. The download page is showing the sidebar…it just happens to be waaaay down the page. http://fromgrammysheart.com/download/winners-circle-cowl/ I can’t figure out what happened as earlier today it was fine. Tonight…messy.

That is the page you would see after clicking on a document link. The problem is that you cannot ever get to that page because the page that is supposed to list the document links does not display them.

4. Where can I find a French Translation of the plugin?
5. What is the consequence for the user when he subscribes?
6. What about an option of displaying TAGS in a scrolling list, or even hidding them?
7. How can I set the author different from the publisher as I am not the author of that what I do share?
8. My File Size remains 00.00, which is wrong. How do I display the correct file size?

Just purchased the pro version after having used the free plugin for a while.
I have run into two issues:
#1. I cannot get this table to work right on my website:
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-downloads/As you can see in the screenshot, something is going wrong with the title column in the table – its also placing a huge margin above and below the table for some reason as well…
Also, how do you place that download button in the table the same as in your demo website I linked above?
The shortcode I am currently using is:
[wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="20" jstable=1]#2. I want to completely disable the option for users of the plugin to get access to the server. This should not be possible anywhere using the plugin. How do I do this?

I currently have the free version of Download Manager installed on my site (see link to site in private reply below). I use it so that clients can download the order forms for our various products. Currently, at the bottom of each product page is a download icon/button to the Excel document. The download button also includes text info such as the minimum order quantity.I’d like to upgrade to Download Manager Pro. First, a few questions…
1. Can I keep the same/similar design of the download button on each page with the text? How can I do this?
2. Will I need to upload all of the files and replace info for each file (order quantity) after upgrading to Pro?
3. Does the Pro version still use shortcodes to include the download buttons on pages/posts?Thanks!
ScottI’m using single mp3s in each package to allow music downloads. It is important that we count the downloads. The problem I’m having is that when I click on the package link to show the page with the mp3 preview it loads the file and counts it as a download.

i have seen that, but i think problem didn’t resolve, you set 1 download for guest and a 5 downloads for others like,Administrator,Subscriber,
although i wanted to disable download for guest. anyway if i log into my account as an administrator or as a subscriber, it is still showing the same message “”Download Limit Exceeded”” after many days whereas my Limit Reset Period was only 1 day,you know what i mean, why message doesn’t go after one day, why download link isn’t enabling after this period is completed.In reply to: wpdm-daily-download-2.0.0

on our clients site we need to set up WPDownloadManager completely new after a crash.
Now we got it all but the download buttons are just not working.

There is no url, my problem is i have file that are mail protected, to download them you have to enter email, name etc then when this is done you receive a mail with the link to download your file, but how do i send the mail template according to the lang of the website the user was using ? meaning if he send from the french version i send the mail in french, if from english i send a mail in english, i dont find where to manage it.

i rechecked it and in fact the IDs changed at a number of downloads. This is really bad, because we use this to have always the same link on many sites. So this should never happen. Can you see how this happend, how i can prevent this from happening again and how i get my old IDs back?
