hi when people open up my site:
I would like them to see all the files to be download, which is the “home” as default when open.
since I only have 2 files to be downloaded on the system at the moment.can I also remove the pagination button on the bottom using shortcode?? how do I do that? i wan to make everything looks clean
In the documentation it states that you use shortcode [wpdm_my_downloads login=1] to list all packages assigned to a specific user. However, that shortcode will also display files that are shared with the role that user has been assigned but not with that specific user. This defeats the purpose of displaying files assigned to an individual user and clutters the list with potentially hundreds of files that are not specifically assigned to that user. Is there a way to ONLY display files that were assigned to a specific user and nothing else?
The user can login to the page, but the download page produces this error. All plugins are up to date.

Please try the credentials again.
I have updated all of the plugins manually as suggested.
If I work on the live site all of my downloads stop working as soon as I update and I do not have a solution to fix it. I tried implementing this on the live site, and it did not work. If we were still working on the live site then none of my downloads would have been available for nearly 24 hours now. That is unacceptable! I do not want to be out of a job. So no, we can’t work on the live site whilst we are trying to fix an error.
When the solution works here – we will either push this stage to live or implement on live.

Visitors to catholicrc.org are telling me they go to the dashboard and see all their purchases, but cannot access the downloads. I tried it myself and the same thing happens to me. Please let me know if this is something I can fix or if not, please fix it ASAP.
I administer another website: southerncaliforniacatholichomeeducators.org using the free download manager. When coupon code SCCHECONFCOM is entered, it zeros out the amount due, but will not process – when clicking COMPLETE PAYMENT, error pops up CART IS EMPTY!
Can you fix this, too?
Topic: Form Lock with Subscribers
I want to add the form lock to all my downloads, however I don’t to have people have to enter their email for each download I only want them to enter their email one time to be able to download from my site. Does anyone know if this has been implemented yet? I have been looking but can’t seem to find it if it is. Thank you all for your time.

For making the update, please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from
Downloads > Settings > License, which will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to the plugins page and the update will work fine this time. please check and let me know if your issue resolves or notthank you and regards

So now I have only download and the wpdm_all Package table problem remains.
the package duplicate option is now working.
on download it is giving an error There has been a critical error on this website.
so plz sir now fix the download and also set the wpdm_all package table for me as you were set before when the user clicks on the download button, so the package page shall open in a new tab instead of file downloading. i have already given my old wpdm_ll downloads PHP file link above.
and I roll back to the old version so plz update the plugin when u will be login.

It seemed to work, when the directory add-on was upgraded. But I had to manually upload it – I couldn’t update it through WordPress backend by going through Downloads -> Settings -> Updates. When I looked there everything seemed to be in order. Do you know if this will be upgraded, so we can upgrade the add-ons this way in the future?
One thing I have learned in this, if you go to Downloads, Settings, Updates click the free add-ons and login and click check for updates, it showed all my add-ons were updated.
Also if you go to plugins or check for updates it did not show new versions of the add-ons.
Sir I am using custom code from wpdm_all_package which you created for me. with that Responsive table I am using the Page_url instead of the download link. when the user click on the download button it is opening package page in new tab. so in this update when I am replacing that wpdm-all-downloads.php code. then the table goes hide. sol please set the new update table for me according to my old wpm-all-downloads.php file. when the user clicks on the download button it shall open the package URL in a new tab.
also, that new update responsive table has no scroll to top feature. when the user changes the page the table shall go to the top.my old wpdm_all Packge PHP file

Package Duplicate Feature Not Working.
We are running WP Multisite 4.98, DM 5.094. We have made no changes to our system or app other than updating our cloudflare cert on Monday, July 5. As of Tuesday, July 6, all downloads were working. We discovered on Friday, July 9 that many of them were generating a 500 error.
Pertinent Notes and Testing
– We updated our cloudflare certificates on July 5. At tis time we received a 500 error on any downloads. We had to clear cache on sites with download manager to get downloads working again.
– We disabled caching for a specific document link, cleared, cache and the error still occurs.
– Logged in users do not receive a 500 error.
– We compared the database, WP records and fileserver for packages that work and package that do not and cold find no difference.
– It appears that possibly download manager posts created before 2/1/2019 work vs. those created later but as we have 1000s of files distributed across 300+ sites it is difficult to confirm. There were no significant updates to our app at that time.
– New packages always generate the error.
We have no issues with files uploaded in the media library but if we create a package and point it to a media library file, it still fails.

We could schedule a time to do a remote session where you can see the servers and database with us navigating. At this point, we need some immediate guidance on what to look for that may be causing the issues.
Please note: we are unable to upgrade WordPress or Download Manager at this time to test due to the complexity of our configuration. However, everything was working earlier this week. We have been long time users of your product and are probably the largest. We would really appreciate immediate expert technical assistance on this issue. Let us know if there is additional information we can provide.

https://www.cwlc.org/our-role/policy-advocacy/ and https://www.cwlc.org/our-role/impact-litigation/ downloads are not displaying since updating to newest version. All add-ons are updated as well.

Wir nutzen keine Addons. Neuinstallation des Plugins hat nicht geholfen.

We use WPDM for different types of downloads with different lock options. The downloads with a password lock are still working. But all downloads without a password lock stopped working (probably with the last WPDM update).
If I add no lock option to the download, nothing happens clicking on the download button. If I manually copy the download URL from the button HTML code and paste it in a new browser tab, this works.
If I add a captcha lock to the download, the popup appears including the capctha. After the capctha is successfulyl filled out, an ajax request is triggered, but it returns the HTML of the home page instead of a download. The WPDM popup shows the message “undefined” below the captcha field.How can we fix this?
