Hi,

I am setting up a website in English and German. Downloads are Email Locked. In the popup used to submit Name and Email, all content remains in English, irrespective of the current language setting. What am I doing wrong? I hope you can help.

There is no way to translate the plugin, some text strings are not translated, I tried it manually and with loco translate.

Hey Support & Pro users, After contacting pre sales support. I was assured the Amazon s3 bucket add on will allow me to upload esisiting download packages but also the plugin was not working, I had to manually edit the plugin to add my region (It did not allow AF-South-1)

So my question now is, How do i upload my existing files (not new downloads/packages) existing files to the bucket as well. One of you support agents mentioned that this is possible.

Hello. Initially, my only 2 download links were visible in the downloads section of my website with the blue “download” button. This made it clear where my visitors should click to access my downloads. I recently downloaded 4 additional (and much smaller) files and I can see their blue “download” button. However, my first 2 downloads are no longer displaying the blue “download” button, which makes it impossible for my visitors to know where to click to access these files. Can you tell me what happened and how to fix this glitch? Thanking you in advance.

Having issues with the All Downloads Table not showing any Packages and not excluding categories. See images and more In the second image you can see that I’ve excluded a category (on the left), but it still shows in the dropdown. In the first image you can see 365 files found, nothing listed though. Testing URL link

The bulk import from CSV is not working. I’ve confirmed the /wpdm-cache/ directory is present on the server and temp files are there for import/export. However, they are not actually showing up in the “All Packages” area. There are also no errors present on the site (nothing related in wp debug or php error log). I’ve check file/directory permissions and they are all set appropriately, however the import is not completing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciate. Also, is there another way to import the downloads? Can I use something like WP All Import/Export? Guidance? Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to limit the category list by a date range – for example, all downloads in this category that are less than twelve months old?

My current shortcode:

I can order by date, but can’t see a way to show only the last X months of files.

Is it possible?
