Topic: Settings dont save…
Hi, just trying to use the free version at the moment before upgrading shortly.
However, the settings dont save in admin…I have the free version and the premium package digital store solution installed, both latest versions.
Example – in admin settings, if I go to premium package and make any changes, click save, it just spins but does not save.
Currently cannot use the plugin for selling downloads at all as its locked to $ and other default settings.Hi there
I’m using your WP download manager pro version and am using the Elementor Add On called “Packages”.
I want to change certain information that’s being displayed on the grid such as
The Order by function – I want to only filter by category currently the list has
Publish date, Title, Downloads, Views I want to remove all of those. Where can I make the modification?I want the grid not to display the Publish date under each product. How and where do I modify this?
I don’t want to grey borders around the products and around the search box. Where can I modify this?
Please specify if the modification is on the elementor theme I’m using or if the modification can be done within WP download manager pro plugin.
Here is a link to a screenshot of what I’m trying to change:

Hi,
I have a problem, and it is that I have to update the links of several downloads. I have a separate form linked to each download with MailChimp.
The problem with editing a download link is that it takes only the last 5 forms created. And I must do it with 20 downloads.
I had many tickets with you but the problem that all the forms will be shown in the select was never resolved, it has a limit of 5.
Therefore, I was thinking of changing these links from the database, check the phpmyadmin, but there is no table with this information, I want to know where these parameters are stored in the database to edit.
There are only package id statistics tables.
I await your comments,
Thank youTopic: hello i just joined you
I bought a lazy download. But I want to perform the downloads on a new page. I will make the page myself. Who can help me. I love you all. Excuse me for my English.

i am using teh following shortcode
[wpdm_all_packages login=0 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" categories="slug1,slug2,..." jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]
which is meant to list all the available downloads
Howeve its not treturning any results. install is a defaultinstall of WP DownloadManager Pro v 6.15 and I have teh extended shortcodes plugin activaed as well
I am using WPDM and the ACF add-on to rebuild the document management system of a site with specific presentation requirements and hundreds of existing downloads. Both [wpdm-all-packages] and [wpdm-packages] give me most of the required results, but neither gives all. How would you advise me to proceed?
More to follow in a private reply.
There was previously a version of the plugin on the site that allowed us to give access to packages only to Select Members. There was an input field directly below the ‘Allow Access:’ that allowed this on the Package Settings (within an individual package).
Steps to get there:
Downloads -> All Packages -> Edit a single Package -> Package Settings at the bottom
/wp-admin/post.php?post=15216&action=editHow can we enable that setting again to allow ourselves the ability to select members individually to give packages to? My colleague asked the same question around November 24, 2021.
Ladies and Gentleman,
i insatlled your Download Manager pro! When i select Download from my Web-Page i got the following, please see Pikture below.
It tells me, that I am already loged in, but i do not see the File, which is already uploaded!

The second is, i used an different Download Manager in the past and would like to change to the WP-Download Manager PRO! I am not a Programmer, I am a user and I also would like to know HOW the Download Manager should be configured and are there any add ons requiered!
Again, I need it running as soon as Possible!
