Hi, I am using [wpdm_archive_simple] to show a certain number of categories. My client doesn’t want the list of all parameters within the order_by dropdown (see image at this link)
The client wishes to hide View Count, Package Size and number of Downloads. Is that possible by adding a function in my functions.php?
Also the client would like to change the output name “Publish date” to “Publication date”

I have checked that, there are many plugins installed on your side, approximately 150 plugins. I can’t also able to browse the Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access section for checking the issue further. please check and let me know

Hi,
On one of my downloads, I put a lock option as a Facebook page like. When I click on the download, the dialogue page pops up and asks me to like the page. After liking it, it takes a few seconds to start the download., The pages get the like. I have to manually close the Facebook page like a dialogue box. When I already liked the page, I have to dislike and like again to download the file. Like it doesn’t know I already liked the page.

Hi, how can we send you Slovenian translations so you can include them in the installations and updates so we don’t have to upload them every time when we update your plugins?
Also, we translated all POT files but two things remain not translated on frontpage of Archive plugin: the “LOADING” tab which appears from the bottom of the page and “All downloads” in breadcrumbs (“All downloads is translated but when you click “Home” in breadcrumbs, it turns into “All downloads”)

Hope I wouldn’t bore you with an easy to solve problem:
On our corporate website we’re providing free download of two white papers (https://viadoo.de/whitepaper). As a user, all you need to do is entering your name and (corporate) email-address. BUT: As soon as you click “download”, the browser says either that it can’t reach the file (here: “https://viadoo.de/download/whitepaper-remote-leadership/?wpdmdl=18065&_wpdmkey=626a8e87691dc&subscriber=Ct8XbJmEsklAmNrCziBbF5CFkIoDHfW4N-9DKHR8gbiW8Ls66fTpuTeT_0pVAzGBOLhZQqlVTUq19LtYwguUlg” (Chrome) or simply “kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303” (Safari).
Meanwhile, the WPDM Pro plugin registers all users’ downloads as successful. So in the end, we get the information from WPDM-Pro that several customers downloaded our whitepapers successfully – what isn’t the case in fact – and we have a lot of dissatisfied customers, instead.
Have you any hint for us to solve this problem?

Good morning. I have to advertise a file downloads page. If a user clicks on the download page that I have advertised and is not registered, he must register to download the file. After registering, he does not automatically return to the downloads page for the file but to his user profile page. I would like the user to return to the downloads page automatically

I tired to “disable the single file download button” in settings that did not work?
Perhaps if I can explain how we are hoping the Downloads will work – then you can advise:
There are 3 main Categories: 1. Junior Coaching / 2. Youth Coaching / 3. Senior Coaching
each has a number of sub-categories, for example:
1. Junior Coaching
1a. Fun Practices and Warm Up Activities
1b. Technical and Skill Practices : Under 11 years old
1c. Game Related Practices
1d. Small Sided Games : Understanding 5v5 / 7v7
1e. Youth Academy Diary : Under 8 years old
In each of the sub-categories there will be a number of ‘individual sessions’ = download ‘Packages’ for the subscriber to choose from.
These Packages are sequential – so need to be organised from 1 > 100 +
Also: The sub-category ‘Packages’ should also be available to download as a ‘Group of Sessions’ – using the multiple ‘zipped files’ option.

I’ve just had to do a restore from backup because the site lost all the ‘formatting’?!- which has lost all of the download files and Packages I added this morning.
Do you have any ideas why
1. wpdm 6.1.5 when will this happen? Can I go back to the previous version?
2. Ordering is a different issue. You can manage ordering after uploading the downloads through shortcodes parameter or in other ways in the page you will show the downloads.

which is meant to list all the available downloads
Howeve its not treturning any results. install is a defaultinstall of WP DownloadManager Pro v 6.15 and I have teh extended shortcodes plugin activaed as well
So, I initially gave a lot of potential options that I am looking for that would solve my issue. Can you speak specifically to which of these options this combination of add-ons would accomplish? I’m not seeing anything in my reading about them that gives me assurance that they would either:
- Create sorting functionality by expiration in the list view of all packages
- Notify a specific administrator that a file is approaching expiration
- Automatically turn the download into a draft following expiration
I need to know with certainty that I can receive a report or sort my downloads to know which ones are expired or about to expire and these add-ons are not making that clear. They also don’t say that I can get a refund if they don’t accomplish what I’m looking for, so I need to know going in how specifically the add-ons will accomplish my needs.

[wpdm_category] – Query All Downloads From One or More Categories
For [wpdm_category] shortcode, you have to put in the id parameter category slug or slugs. please check.
