Hi,
For some reason the download button from all downloads is missing (e.g. https://www.refresco.org/download/2018-stage_pauline_regnier/)
– It doesn’t matter if a user is logged on or not.
– I already deactivated a bunch of plugins
– I updated the theme (Avada) to the latest versionWhat could be wrong?
The direct download link in ‘all files’ view from the wp-admin does work. So the download link is still valid.

This not related to our site cache which is stored in a completely separate location. We can clear that. This is specifically related to the wpdm-cache folder which stores session cache and you have to go to Downloads/Settings/Privacy. I have found other very recent support tickets where users were told they had to manually hit the delete session cache on the page and there is currently no way to turn it off. We really need to know what we cannot comment out in your code to prevent this from writing the session cache files at all.

I’m encountering an issue with the Form Lock addon.
It shows the form (Gravity Forms) correctly but upon submit it just shows the form again, no downloads or anything.
I added a hidden field with the download ID shortcode like instructed and can see it rendered on the page source. Am I missing something?
The default confirmation is currently an empty text message.If I look at the code, especially the
gform_confirmationhook it seems that this hook isn’t working/firing. I also don’t see any entries in GravityForms so my guess is that the form submission isn’t working correctly.
Upon submission of the form it send the POST request tohttps://www.my.domain/?__wpdmlo=###and this URL always returns the form, nothing else.Thanks in advance, any ideas in where to look is appreciated!

1. You can delete your files from
Downloads > Asset Manager > wp-content > upload > download-manager-files, there you will able to see the files and also can delete them.2. After deleting the package, the download files or the uploaded files will not be deleted.
3. For updating plugin,
Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.The auto-update has been temporarily disabled due to a huge server load. We will reactive it soon.

Message: PDFDocument: stream must have dataIt was working perfectly just a short time ago. Nothing changed in the install. Does anyone know what would cause this error? The PDF document downloads and can be viewed after download.

I have a site that i am providing flight sim downloads, I am using the following shortcode
[wpdm_category id=" max-7,max-8,max-9,max-10,737-600" operator="IN" title="File Library" desc="1" toolbar="1" order_by="field name" order="asc or desc" item_per_page="10" template="link-template-msthumnail" cols=2 colspad=2 colsphone=1]When i click on details of the download, it just reloads the download page and never shows the details. How can i get these links to properly show the download details etc. If i use the downloads by category widget i can click on a category and it will filter down the just those and let me open each individually. I would like to have this same behavior with the above shortcode. Is that possible?

I’ve received complaints regarding not being able to download these PDFS: https://newhavenjewishfoundation.org/welcome/annual-reports/Complaints are either the Download doesn’t complete, there is an error that says failed-network error, or the PDF downloads but opening yields error failed to load PDF document.
Allow Access for all three files is set to All Visitors.
I’ve tried disabling Resumable Downloads and Output Buffering.
I’ve checked with the host to make sure there’s no download limit.
Can you please provide some guidance on why this is happening?

Yes the menu is back but now when I go to that the first screen is all scrunched up – menu good but everything looks odd. If you log in – I provided logins before you can see by going to the downloads – only one item but all smushed together

If you are building custom PHP file template you can keep them in your theme folder, you can follow this docs https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/. you can keep them in
{active-theme}/download-manager/tpls/folder.And if you are building from the templates section in
Downloads > Templates, if you update or delete the plugin. and again install the plugin you will not lose data.Thanks.

There is a way to use a single folder with files already uploaded ? and using the shortcode it show all the files in the folder without uploading the files beforer (by the traditional way Downloads > add new) ?

Nayeem, as I mentioned previously, that downloads the entire package as a zip which is not what I’m trying to do.
Shahjada’s reply appears to accomplish what I’m looking for. However, for some reason in my installation, it’s not working. I’m not sure if that’s due to a setting in the WPDM plugin or WPDM add ons, or some other reason.

I use the standard short code for the register page. All updates are done.
Login works. Downloads are working.I’m using the free version of WPDM along with the WPDM Extended Shortcodes addon.
I’m using the following shortcode…

This works perfectly, and displays many pages of files.However, if I then pick a row and click on the category to show only downloads in that category, if that category has more than 25 rows, the page links are not being formed correctly.
For example, the link to page 2 looks like…
https://xxxxx.com/downloads/?wpdmc=CATA/page/2/
This doesn’t work. It should look like…
https://xxxxx.com/downloads/page/2/?wpdmc=CATA

I have followed all of these steps. The plugin appears as expected in the admin panel, but nothing is added to the PDF downloads.

I have bought & installed both addons for a wordpress.com site, but after protecting a file on the site nothing is appearing on my PDF files.
Looking through the documentation, I appear to have followed all steps.Is there further tutorial information regarding setting this up as this functionality was the specific reasoin for purchasing the plugin.

It takes me to an individual files download page, not a zip file – it was not doing this previously.
Secondly, this page … the link from above ending kpi-checklists-audiobook-downloads
… is not offering a zip bundle download at all, which it is set to do.
