Not everyone needs the same reporting frequency. Activity Reports let you choose:
- Weekly reports — Perfect for active sites. Pick any day of the week (Monday through Sunday)
- Monthly reports — Ideal for overview and planning. Choose any day from the 1st to the 28th
You also select the delivery hour, so reports arrive when you’re ready to review them — whether that’s with your morning coffee or during your weekly planning session.
Multiple Recipients
Running a team? Activity Reports can be sent to multiple email addresses:
- Site administrator (included by default)
- Additional team members, stakeholders, or clients
Just add comma-separated email addresses, and everyone stays informed.
How to Set Up Activity Reports
Getting started takes less than a minute:
- Navigate to Downloads → Settings → Activity Reports
- Toggle Enable Activity Reports to on
- Choose your frequency (weekly or monthly)
- Select the day and time for delivery
- Add any additional email recipients
- Check the report sections you want included
- Click Save Settings
