Hello Tahasin,

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to update the Download plugin. Since you released update 7, my plugin’s front-end simply doesn’t work.

It’s unacceptable that you released updates in this way, full of problems. This leads me to believe that you didn’t do extensive testing.

On the temporary site I provided for your access, I updated all the plugins (Base and the Archive and Page add-ons), and the front-end is completely broken!

The main problem is with the Archive. After updating it to the latest version, everything became misconfigured.

It’s very disappointing to see the site in this state, which makes me doubt the quality of the plugin’s development. The worst part is, how do you justify this to a client?

Furthermore, I updated the base plugin on the production site, and the category items with accordions now load with the sub-items open, whereas before they were closed.

Do you have any updates on this matter?

I need a decision, as I cannot keep the staging site active for much longer.

In addition, plugin updates are already appearing in my client management system, which raises concern about the possibility of them being updated again and ending up causing new issues.

Tahasin,

All the plugins were the latest available version. I reinstalled them because I suspected some file might have been corrupted during installation, but that wasn’t the problem.

As I mentioned, the solution was to downgrade the version.
