I am doing this for a University client and they are concerned that this might not be reliable for tracking History. It had worked well up until December 11. Was there a WordPress update or something along those lines that could be looked at for the disruption in the tracking?

Yes, that fixed the issue for now. Three different people tested it and the downloads showed up on the WPDM History for today. But then how can we rely on the History moving forward?

OK, I deactivated Download Manager and the two additional WP Download Manager plugins, then reactivated them. I will have the team do test downloads and see if the history shows.

Same problem – tracking/history was fine until December 11, 2020. That was the last tracking and we know there were downloads during promotion periods. Did a WordPress update mess this up? WordPress, theme, and all plugins are up-to-date.
