Everything seems fine there, I”m not seeing any issue anywhere. However, If you trying to use “WPForms” along with wpdm pro, you will need form lock add-ons:
Form Lock – Ask users to fill a form to get access to download
If you want to hide breadcrumb from wpdm package page only, the easiest way is, create a copy of single.php, name it single-wpdmpro.php, remove breadcrumb code from single-wpdmpro.php.

If you are using an old version, please download the latest version from premium download area ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ ), deactivate and delete the old version, install and activate the latest version. The process will not harm any of your data. However, in this update, we implemented WordPress native plugin update routine, so, you will be able to use auto-update feature from next update.
BTW, if you are already using the latest version, please give me your license key in a private reply.
All horrifying stories end ( thought, in fact, there was nothing to terrify ) with the current version. As in v4.6.9 we integrated WordPress native upgrade routine, you will be able to upgrade directly from plugin page.
Clear cache button doesn’t have anything to do with file tree. Probably it is due to your other cache plugin.

Sorry for your trouble, the issue was related to our wppromembership plugin when remote url is attached, however, I’ve fixed it in your installation and also added the fix in our side for the next update.

WPDM doesn’t have any file type restriction by default except the code files ( .php, .html, .js ), but sometimes server’s security settings block some files types from upload, in such case, you need to contact server hosting support to unblock the file type.
