Did you fix it? Point #1 seems to work now! Thank you.
Do you have a solution for point #2?
Hi, could you please check this issue as well. I just gave you temporary WP access in a private reply in another thread.
Alright, we managed to eliminate the conflict with the theme. There is only one small issue remaining: When you click on “Download” on one of the boxes, the screen is scrolling up. How can we disable the scrolling? Have a look here: http://picavi-wp.aix-cloud.de/download-example/
Thanks!
Okay, thank you.
I managed to change the value of the placeholder (indeed in wpdm-functions.php around line # 1430).
But I can’t find the error messages “Please fill out this field.” or “Please include an ‘@’ in this email addess. ‘X’ is missing an ‘@’.” – are they somewhere in the files or where do I change them? They are not found by the WPML string translate plugin either. Thanks.
Alright, I managed to translate most of it with the help of a translation plugin. However, I cannot change the name field placeholder “Enter Ihr Name” and all of the info messages such as “Please fill out this field” when the user does not enter the correct data. Do you still suggest to do this with the filter and how do you do it? (see my post before). Thanks!
That’s what I did, but it still says “Subscribe to download” (see screenshot) – Do I have to write any additional code or change anything else? I am not sure if I understand how to use the filter webhook. Thanks for your time!
Okay, I think I fixed it. I found the following 2 lines of code
” if (!in_array(‘wpdm-font-awesome’, $wpdmss))
wp_enqueue_style(‘font-awesome’, WPDM_BASE_URL.’assets/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css’);”
in the download-manager.php file and deleted them. Now it seems to work.
Hi, I have the same issue but can’t find the line of code in the wpdm-functions.php file. Has it been moved somewhere else?
Thank you!
Okay, where do I enter the code?
Thanks for the fix! I also get how to change things like font and colour in the CSS, but I would like to know how to change the layout of the popover content (e.g. wording)? For example, what do I need to do that instead of “Subscribe to download” it says “Please enter your email”? Do I need to go in the files of the plugin and if yes, in which file do I access the template of the popover?
Again, thanks for your help and looking forward to your response.
Okay, thanks – it works if you don’t use the visual composer builder. Next question would be: How can I style the popover? Is there a particular class or template I can modify? I’d like to change the font, the wording & language of the text and also have only one name field instead of two.
Looking forward to your response!
Thank you, the popover is now appearing on top of the other template. However, it is still opening below the footer and also below other theme elements (i.e. behind the entire row elements). You can have a look at the screenshots.
For example here, if you click on one of the downloads in the second row: http://picavi-wp.aix-cloud.de/download-example/
Is there a solution for that?
