After working with the hosting server we found nothing amiss there. So I went through and did a thorough plugin conflict test, and turned each on one by one and cleared the edge cache after each plugin activation.
We found a conflict with Yoast SEO 28.5. It wasn’t plugin code however, but a setting within Advanced > Crawl Optimization that was used to “Remove unregistered URL parameters”. Because the form search uses “skw”, “order” and “orderby” in its query string, those terms needed to be added to the registered list in Yoast.
It is now working as intended. Thank you for all your help on this issue.

I checked in incognito mode on Chrome browser on Mac OS. Here is a video which shows my attempt to filter on a term and the results. None of the filters are working.

Yes, go ahead and try to see if there are conflicts, however we did take those steps to start and didn’t find a theme or plugin issue.
Recall these things:
1. It works when logged in, not when logged out.
2. It doesn’t work for me on the demo you provided.
3. Have tried different browsers, cleared all caches, Elementor cache and more.

I tested it and it wasn’t working, then I tried changing the cache settings, the async settings, using different widgets like the Packages by Category widget, but they all failed. Then I set it back to how it was, with the Packages widget, including the Forms category, and using a custom template.
I’ve tried different devices too.
Are you logged out when testing? It is interesting that it works when I am logged in – that may be a clue.

The formatting for the above page is not good. And it ALSO fails for me using Guest mode on a Chrome browser – searching for keywords returns the same list. Just a flash and same.

This page is also not displaying results when clicking apply filter.
We haven’t modified any of the core files. I updated to 3.3.66 and it makes no difference for me. The link provided above shows a blank page. If it looks different it’s likely due to CSS.
I have tried clearing the edge cache, the elementor cache and the browser cache and using an incognito browser. And yet it still has same behavior: works when logged in to WP, but not as a visitor.
I don’t understand your reply. Credentials were shared on June 8. I have checked them and they work. The affected URL is listed in your previous post.

I have tried the form search and clicked apply filter, but it still doesn’t do anything for me. In fact, none of the filters are working. This is now version 3.3.58. I am going to update to the latest and try again…no luck. Still not working in 3.3.62. Any ideas?
Thank you – that worked great. I went straight to step 3 and added the appropriate folders in the theme like:
/plugins/download-manager/Package/views/link-templates/my-template.php
…becomes…
/themes/my-child-theme/download-manager/link-templates/my-template.php
