including how many downloads a user has downloaded, how many have left
has been added in [Pro Membership] Version 3.5.3

Kindly Check the version of Pro Membership, let me know if it is Version 3.5.3

Go to your download manager settings page, select quick forms and create a form with form name,
then enable email lock and On “Additional Fields” select the form you want to add with email lock.

Please set the value of order_by “publish_date” or “update_date”
And in the ‘cols’ you have to use the exact same value.

Exmple :

You can also check in your order details page if the license key is linked to another domain. In that case, just unlock the key ( you’ll see the option in popup ) from there and save the key in current site.

To get it done , You can implement WPDM’s password lock in the following ways :-
1. you can create a single package with password and add all your documents in it.
2. you can create multiple package and set the same password for all your packages.

Please update wpdm directory add-on to version 4.4.4
and add the shortcode parameter order_fields="date:Publication date|title:Title|modified:Last Updated". Ex:
