Please install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.

2) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases

3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The issue is generating from your theme’s loader. It is freezing the page when reloading after serving download. Anyway, I have created a custom page template “Default Clone” to handle the download in a different way. The issue is resolved now. You have to update the Page Template of other packages too.

I couldn’t upload the latest version due to the max file upload size limit. Please download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases and install it after removing the upload limit. Then save the license key.

You can remove line no 53 from /download-manager/admin/menus/class.Packages.php file to make the plugin behave like the old version.
