2. Use email lock feature. A download link will be sent to user after submitting email. But not the file.

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check table double rendered issue. But FB like worked fine for me. Try changing browser. Maybe your browser blocking required js file from FB.

Please go to WPDM settings, and set file browser access role administrator to resolve this error.

Update your dashboard page ( no change required , just update it ) to resolve 404 issue. Updating page sets custom permalink rules, which might have been reset by changing theme.

Please update your page that has front-end shortcode (You don’t have to change anything, just update it). That will fix the issue.

Got it, you want to move Download Manager packages to another site.

Follow these steps,

1. Copy ../wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory to your new sites ../wp-content/uploads/ directory.

2. Export all Downloads using Tools Export (You have to install WordPress export plugin)

3. Import the file now using Tools Import option, assign all posts to one of admin users

Done.

You can use tinymce to insert short-code.

Check allowed user roles from in Downloads Settings Frontend settings. Only allowed user roles will see the wpdm frontend. Please send login info in private reply if that does not solve it.
