Your theme is using an outdated version of jQuery. Which is cresting this issue. Use  1.9.1 or higher version of jQuery to resolve this issue.

Hi, Currently it is not possible without plugin code customization. You can do that by changing value of  WPDM_ADMIN_CAP and WPDM_MENU_ACCESS_CAP (located on download-manager.php line no 21, 23)from manage_options to edit_posts

Before updating theme save taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php and content-wpdmpro.php somewhere else. You will need these file because those does not come with theme, we have crated those as template file for WPDM.

You can control email content from Form Plugin (because mail is sent by Form Plugin, not Form Lock addon), Form Lock does not control it. After submitting form WPDM unlocks download link of that package.

Three is no option yet to combine two buttons.

After submitting form, download link added to download button as a popover. A success message also shown there which comes from your form plugin. So there is no need to redirect to a new page.

It is working now.

This error happened because of your server’s php configuration. ini_set is disabled there. However, just add @ before ini_set() in specified line no, that will resolve the issue.
