the default template you selected, is not for package short-code. The option is for archive page and actually you don’t have any use of the option for your site.
Additionally if link template is specified with short-code, there is no other way to apply different template without changing in short-code.

Probably the user clicked download link 7 times. I tested, I’m getting simple email per download click.
As I see your max upload file size limit is 64 MB, are your trying to upload file larger than 64 MB ? in that case, you need to increase the limit from your server.

It actually auto login after signup, I just tested in your site too and auto login is also working there too.
ok, I’ll check and adjust the iframe issue. In next update will shall improve it and add multiple viewer, so, you won’t have to do it manually.
