Looks like you cache plugin is creating the issue.Changing the template does not have any effect in email. It is always serving an old cached version of template.

Try cleaning all caches. That should solve the issue.

How did your set the lock settings?

Please try following steps,

1. Go to your package settings Lock Options

2. Check email lock and check ‘Ask visitors name’ option there

Checked this url http://www.asharrison.com.au/test-dl/ But didn’t notice any issue with download button. There is not repeating behavior of buttons. Please check this screenshot

Download Manager uses custom posts type, which is a core WordPress feature. And WordPress does not support shortcode search.

However, you can easily find the package using package id (the number from shortcode), just click ‘Edit’ in any package and place the package id the ‘post’ parameter.

BTW, even if it is what they say, still that is not an issue with wpdm, gravity form should keep their script within their area/pages, they shouldn’t enqueue script in others pages.  However, I couldn’t go to plugin editor in your admin area to check.

It is because you are using short-code and download links all wrong, please use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ to generate short-code, and don’t add any custom HTML with short-code like you did there <a href="http://[wpdm_package id='3234']">Test</a>.

However if you want to change the style, you can create from link template, please follow the docs here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/

You need to customize css.

If you attach file as url, when the file will be downloaded or embedded will totally depend on hosting domain, wpdm simply redirect to that url when use click download button. But if you attach file using server file browser or upload directly using wpdm, then plugin will handle the download process.

Actually no style change with that widget, you need to select hierarchy list option and save , if you want to show hierarchy list. Probably clear clear cache after that.

Issue was with plugin, we also have fixed  it in our side for next update, so nothing to be worry.

The screenshots you shared are not reachable/available now. However bootstrap css used there for short-code styles, but we totally prefixed all classed to avoid any conflict, however to find the issue I need to check it in your site, you also can disable bootstrap from wpdm settings page.

Option is not available yet, but we shall add it soon.

That is a placeholder text coming from this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ , you can remove it from that add-on. Also no need to be worry, there is no upcoming update for that add-on , at least no in near time.
