Hi, You need Advanced CSV importer addon to import csutom fields. CSV column name has to be same as custom field name.

Please find answers in same order,

1. We did not add the featured image option to keep it simple.

2. There is minor bug in file size. For now when editing the package remove the size value ( 0 ) from package settings. That will reset the size. ( btw, We will fix it soon )

User  access check was missing in category package list. Added that in your installation. Also updated my copy for new release.

Using File Sharing addon you can only access your own files and if you want you can share those.

So far i understand, you want a sharing option in All package table. But it is not built in there. If you want we can provide custom service add this custom feature for you. You can mail to customize@wpdownloadmanager.com for a quote.

Another option is E-Mail Lock. If you lock the download, user can use the email to share it with someone. Download link will be mailed to the provided email.

Hi, Mailchimp addon does not add the custom fields. It is coming from another addon (Advanced Custom Fields ). Mailchimp addon does not send custom data.

In archive shortcode if selected category has child categories, package from those will also be shown. So, if you want to “warehouse, crm, sales”, set them as child of a same parent category. When inserting shortcode select that parent category. Now all packages from “warehouse, crm, sales” will be shown in that page.

Login info doesn’t work. I thought the issue was resolved, as you have removed the temp user.

In my last update in added the shortcode for that. Now you can access a file in another site using that shortcode

Also please check my last reply, it explains why same shortcode won’t work.

You are placing the category shortcode inside pre tag. Remove that pre tag and everything will be fine (Placing the shortcode in a page should work fine). Maybe you are using the shortcode inside another avada builder block which wraps element using pre tag.

Please provide plugin editor access to temporary user. I have to adjust some migration addon code there.

Go to WPDM settings page and save settings. That should solve the issue, if it is related to permalink. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if problem persists.

Hi,

You active theme and IntenseDebate plugin has some JS erros, whcih prevents further js execution. After i switched theme to twenty twelve and deactivating IntenseDebate Frontend uploader working fine.

I have created a test package from frontend. You can test it yourself too. After switching theme you have to update My account page ( page with [wpdm_frontend] shortcode ) to save permalink structure.

Please check following screenshot, it shows lots of JS errors when your current theme is active,
