Usual shortcode of WPDM for a package ( [wpdm_package id='xyz'] ) won’t work in member site if package is not from same site. The reason is package id. WPDM uses custom post type for package. And WordPress controls the post id, it is outside plugin scope to manage post id. So, two or more member site can have packages with same id. That’s why regular shortcode won’t work for package from another site. I hope, i explained it clearly. Let me know if you have doubts about anything here.
In you specification you sent some screenshots ( admin, child, parent ) too, relating each of your tasks. We completed the customization based on that. Let me know if there is any issue there. I am more than happy to fix it or add any tweaks you need. But we can’t make something which is out of our control. Package id issue in this case.

Yes, it is possible using custom link/page template. You can create your own link/page template from Downloads Templates page. To open file in new tab, use following code in your custom template,

No filter available for grid classes. But you can re-write WPDM template files. Please follow this doc for more info http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/

Your ALL Addons license expired because, it has passed the support and update period ( which is 1 year after the purchase ). Your purchase date was Jul 16, 2015 04:30 pm.
License renewal is required to access updated version and pro support of product after year.

Download Manager missing some files in your installation. Maybe something went wrong when installing it. However, i can’t add or delete plugin using provided user. Allow temporary user admin access so, i can install a fresh copy of WPDM there. Or delete current installation and install a new copy of WPDM.

Yes, you can. Use category shortcode for that. Install TinyMCE addon to insert shortcode easily.
Hi, There are some JS errors generated from your theme. Maybe that’s the issue. Can i switch theme to be sure? A had to ask before switching, because i am not sure if it a live site or staging.
Any user can access own packages only in frontend ( even admins ).
New file should be visible in ‘All items’ tab. Please check all packages page in admin area. Does it list the new package created from frontend?
If you provide temporary user, i can do all the testing to find the issue.

There are some security related issue in old versions, which has been fixed in recent versions. So, we do not provide old version of WPDM.
But, You can ask your server support to upgrade your php version. Usually they the provides that kind of support for free.

First one is related to your sever memory limit, ask your server support to increase memory limit.
Try updating the [wpdm_frontend] page. That usually solves the issue if it is related to page not found ( related to permalink settings ). If that doesn’t solve it , Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will check it there.

@pontusberglund, yes, that’s the issue. [wpdm_package] shortcode uses Link template. Create you custom link template with [file_list] template tag to show individual download buttons.

Looks like there is a JS error. Maybe coming from one of your plugins or active theme. Try disabling other plugins to be sure. Or send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply, so i can test it there.

Hi, Your screenshot shows the ‘Add New Package’ page and everything seems okay there. What happens when you click on ‘ALL Items’ tab ? ( you mentioned before issue is related to that tab )
Create a sample package from frontend and check all items tab. If new sample package us shown there, then old packages are created by some other user. let me know if i missed something.
