When you use only name, your file has to be located in /uploads/download-manager-files/ directory.

Otherwise use publicly accessible url.

Multiple downloads of same package in same session is counted as one. That’s why it is not increasing.

Responsive Table actually didn’t have the sort by date option before, i just added that in your installation. Also added in our development copy for next update.

Removing z-index property of div .flex_column from /themes/enfold/css/grid.css line around 203 fixes the issue. You can try it.

Please try re-installing ( delete current installation and install again ) WPDM. This sometimes solves the issue if current installation has some missing files.

Also try disabling other plugins to be sure issue is not related to plugin conflict.

If still having no luck, send temporary wp-admin login info and FTP login info in private reply. I will check it there.

Currently there is no option to use different directory for each site.

Hi,

Dashboard and Frontend shortcodes has to be placed in parent page. Those won’t work in child pages.

But i was still getting 404 in frontend add new page, provided user does not have access to plugins page. So, i couldn’t check if it is coming from plugin conflict. Please try disabling other plugins and placing the shortcode in a parent page. Enable plugin access for the temporary user if you can’t figure it out.

Category shortocde was missing some parameters. I added those, no working.

Use single column extended page template in package settings. That should widen the Form. Send me page url if still need css fix.

Could you please check your error log and let me what was logged recently? Or mail it to us. I couldn’t find any info as it shows no errors, just white page.

New packages although working fine though. I created a test package, which worked fine.

Removed default loading of packages.

Yes, you have do this again after update.

Just remove the marked line from /plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php file. I marked only part of the line. Remove whole line. It is inside WPHead function.

Hi,

You need custom link template to prevent going to details page when clicking package title.

Clone the link template you are using now and replace [page_url] template tag with [download_url]

Read more about creating new template

Send me a link of your page to suggest css to remove quotations. It is coming from your theme or another plugin.

Hi,

Directory Addon advanced Search has some issues, we will look into it before releasing next update of Directory addon. For now use other directory addon shortcodes.

I have applied Extended View of archive page  here http://findtechdoc.com/search/

Search is working there now. You can change the Link Template from shortcode.

Hi,

Each site is showing it’s own packages. As you cloned second site one first one, packages on both sites look like same, but actually different copies. Try deleting one package or creating one. You will see that the changes has not effected other site.

Latest version of Download Manager requires php version >= 5.4.0

Please ask your server support to update server’s php version.

If you can’t update php version right  now, we can provide you 4.5.6 which requires php >= v.5.3.0 You can mail us at support@wpdownloadmanager.com to get a copy of WPDM v.4.5.6

Archive Page search working now. Looks like there is an issue in clear stats feature. I will look into it in next release.

Does the the user have access to the download?

Download Manager files are stored in uploads/download-manager-files directory.

When installing WPDM in other sites use the license key generated from Business Order.
