But if you need automated removal, use Default Value add-on. Using this add-on you can setup default values, which will be applied when creating a new package.

WPDM core plugin has been updated. Lazy Download update is not available yet.

I sent you a sample csv in previous reply. It shows how to set lazy download for imported package. Please download it. It just adds an extra column for lazy download. Under that column place 1 at each row (package) to enable lazy download.

To let user upload files you do not need any add-on. Use [wpdm_frontend] shortcode to show upload form.

WPDM does not extract exif data from uploaded image.

If you face the 404 issue again, just update the dashboard page. That should fix it.

This is a permalink issue. Happens when any action (e.g. switching theme ) resets the permalink.

Sorry for the delay.

Looks like you have applied some kind restriction rules in your urls ( maybe from .htaccess ). I created a test page to check the shortcode, but couldn’t access it. Responses with 403 forbidden code. Why a new page response with 403? Any info about this will be helpful to solve this issue.

What issue you are facing with license key? Does it show any error?

Your key was linked to your dev server. Unlocked it from there. You can use it in current site now. Go to setting license and save settings.

Did you try multiple times to login? It prevents login when user mistakes few times. Please send me a login page link with an user login info. I will take a look to make sure it is not something else.

Hi, All tasks related to Download Manager are data heavy, there are lots of custom information related to each package. So, adding it definitely adds some extra load time than a normal site. The tricks is using cache plugin to serve cached version of pages. Which will significantly increase the load time.

You can also remove the pre-loader which prevents page view until all items loaded completely. It is okay to show page before loading all items completely. It is a choice.

Please send  wp-admin login info too. Send me the login page link too. Maybe it is using the wpdm-login-form.php template.
