Did you change the email template from Downloads Subscribers Email Template tab?

Check the subscriber template there, it should have an [download_url] tag.

Looks like another plugin ( google calendar events ) using same google library Download Manager using.

If it is not a required plugin for you disabling it should fix the issue. If you need it active send login temporary wp-admin info in private reply.

Did you set 1 under lazy_download column in csv file? If not set 1 for wach row.

In lazy download dropdown select Add Custom Field, then put __wpdm_lazy_download in this input field and import the file.

It doesn’t set page template when importing, but you can set it later by just clicking update all button which works fine. Send me login info if it is not working for you.

Did you make any change in Download Manager code or are you using custom template single-wpdmpro.php for download details page?

Your download details page shows nothing.

These shortcodes are based on access roles from package settings? Category access only check when viewing package details page. As your allow access field is empty in package settings, these shortcodes can’t load packages.

However, i have made a some changes in code behind the [wpdm_packages] shortcode. Please cheek the result here. View as jeremywallis

Hi! Released a new version of Directory Add-on. Installing it should fix all issues. Download new version from your dashboard.

Looks like there are some missing  JS/CSS files. Or this  is created from some JS error. possibly from another plugin.

You can try disabling other plugins and re-installing WPDM.

If that doesn’t solve it, send temporary wp-admin in private reply. I will check the issue there.

This is css conflict with theme or another plugin. Send me page link. I will suggest required css to fix it.

You need Crypton theme to make that exact design like screenshot 2.

First screenshot uses ‘3 Columns, Detailed’ link template. When inserting download shortcode use that link template.

To insert shortcode easily use TinyMCE addon.
