With the latest version 4.6.5, it doesn’t require CURL for license validation. But license may not work if you change domain or using an older version, Please update to latest version. If you are already using the latest version, please give me your license key in a private reply. For faster resolution, you may also include a temporary wp-admin login info in the private reply.

@chrisbonfield, please contact your server/hosting support, probably some download manager asset files are not accessible due to file access permission or other security rules, for example:

…..ac.uk/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/assets/css/chosen.css

They need robe accessible from HTTP.

Ok now, I replaced $imsrc = wpdm_dynamic_thumb($vars['preview'], array($matches[1][$nd], $matches[2][$nd])); with $imsrc = get_the_post_thumbnail_url($vars['ID'], array($matches[1][$nd], $matches[2][$nd])); in /libs/class.Package.php.

It seems like the accordion issue with related with your theme, the accordion is working fine with other themes.

 

— seems like category pages are fully functional.

— You need to create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme dir, then, you can copy files from /download-manager/tpls/ the way you need. And for directory add-on, you need to copy the template files from the location /wpdm-archive-page/tpls/.

You can’t keep field label and field names are empty, for field name don’t user space, means, they should be like “FieldName” instead of “Field Name”.
