#1. You can create multilevel menu from WordPress menu manager, it is WordPress’s native feature
#2. You need to create some download categories and add some packages. Then, from Theme Options, select slide category.
#3. Not clear, please explain little more
#4. You can do that editing footer.php
#5. You need to create some posts

Yes, deactivate and delete, then install and activate latest version, the process is completely safe, will not harm any data.

Single site license key only can be used in a single instance. I’ve unlocked it now and you can use it with a new site.

Somewhere in your theme, you used following css:

Which is hiding the wpdm shortcode content totally.

No ready function is available for that. But you can user following code to get individual file sizes:

$files = \WPDM\Package::getFiles($ID);
$filesizes = array();
foreach($files as $index = > $file){
      $filesizes[$index] = filesize($file);
}

For default value setup you will need this add-on:

If you used browse function, there is no easy way to fix it if you changed the path. You have to reattach files.

“WP Limit Login Attempts” plugin was causing the issue, I deactivated that plugin and things are ok now.

That is because your monitor screen is too small. However, even when WPDM – Premium Packages installed, you can hide unnecessary columns of  “screen options” on to top right corner of that page.

The alternatives are:

  1. Upload those files in the media library and attaching with wpdm as URL
  2. Using cloud service like google drive, dropbox, box.net or one drive to store files, those add-ons are free and save your hosting space and bandwidth
  3. If you need to store files with security, we suggest Amazon S3
