“WP Limit Login Attempts” plugin was causing the issue, I deactivated that plugin and things are ok now.
That is because your monitor screen is too small. However, even when WPDM – Premium Packages installed, you can hide unnecessary columns of “screen options” on to top right corner of that page.
Only pro version supports multiple download links.
