logi and register always displayed?

hello I’m new,
i’m using WPDM Free. On my post, when ever i use download buttons, for every download button is a login/ register field displayed? How can i cancel this?

“WP Limit Login Attempts” plugin was causing the issue, I deactivated that plugin and things are ok now.
