Please install the latest version ( 4.6.6 ) to fix the license issue.
Add following CSS in the link template you are using there. If it is a custom link template you know where to add the code. If it is a core template then clone it first.
You can do it from Downloads Templates page.
<style>.centre-block > img {height: 300px; }</style>
This code makes your images same height which makes all panels same height.
To make login required message more simple, go to Downloads Settings Basic Messages and edit the login required the message.
Try changing the login page option value to ‘None Selected’. Maybe currently it is set to a page where you do not have the WPDM login shortcode.

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if the issue remains.
Download Manager is active now. So, as you reported can’t access the admin area. Also, FTP info not working. Hence can’t deactivate WPDM.
This issues most probably generated from a custom code from your active theme or any other customization made to the Download Manager. Did you try installing a fresh copy of Download Manager?
Please try following steps to find the issue,
1. Try installing a fresh copy of Download Manager ( Download here )
2. Try changing active theme ( only for testing purpose )
3. Disable other plugins
Please check the FTP info, if FTP is correct I can run these tests too.
Thanks.
We have added this in our part too. So, theme update won’t affect this patch.
Hi,
Maybe current user does not have access to the package that matches with the search result.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Send the page URL too, where you placed the archive page shortcode.
After checking your installation I can provide you a detailed report about this.
Thanks.
We do provide custom upgrade service. Please mail to customize@wpdownloadmanager.com to proceed with customization.
You can use your actual license key there. Let us know when you are moving to live server. We will unlock the key from dev server. Thanks.
Looks like a JS issue or your server setting is blocking connection to license server. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. Also, make sure you are using the latest version ( 4.6.6 ) of Download Manager.
Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. BTW, does the download work now ( few hours passed after your post ).
Sorry for the delayed reply. You can bulk update some settings of old packages using Update All button in default package settings. But some options does not have Update All support yet.

Sorry, there is no template tag available for that. It is implementable but requires code customization.
Please send temporary wp-admin and FTP login info in private reply to check this issue.
You have an old version (4.6.2) of WPDM there. Please try updating to the latest version. Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/
Hi, The site is in maintenance mode. Requires admin access to check your URL.
Hi,
Sorry, no such option available.
But you can check out the WPDM File Cart add-on. This allows a user to add single files from different packages in a cart and later download as a single zip file.
Thanks.
You activated WPDM Bootstrap from settings, that’s why the issue was back. Do not change these settings from Misc panel,

Are you using the latest version of Download Manager? If not, please install the latest version ( 2.9.51 )
Also please check your php error log. It will help us to find the origin of this issue.
Thanks.
Could you please check the package settings. Maybe allow access option is set to ‘All Visitors’. Send login info in private reply if you want me to take a look.
Hi, Yes, There is a widget (WPDM New Downloads ) for this. You can access it from widgets page.
Hi,
Looks like your server settings prevented Download Manager from creating download directory ( /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ )
Please send FTP info in private reply to check the issue.
Or if you can create that directory and try again.
Thanks.
