WP Pro Membership controls the downloads only. We removed support for all other custom posts to concentrate on subscription-based download features.

[wpdm_frontend] page does not serve the downloads. It is used to create/manage packages from the frontend. Only allowed user roles can view this page. You can set those roles from Downloads Settings Frontend Tab.

You can use shortcode to show a package on frontend,

There are many other shortcodes to show multiple packages in various ways, most simple is
[wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="10" jstable=0 order_by="modified" order="DESC"]
It shows all downloads in a table.

You can control the package info table from Appearance Theme Options General Tab Product/Package Info section. Check all options you want to show.

Hi,
Download Manager manages access to files based on package. You can add package from Admin Dashboard Downloads Add new page or from [wpdm_frontend] page using Add New tab.
First, create a package from admin or frontend area. When creating the package attach files related to that package and manage access settings from Package settings meta box Allow access. Use browse files tab in Attach Files meta box as you are trying to assign server files to the users.

For some unknown reason, your installation does not allow admin dashboard access when logged in through WPDM login page. But it works on our test server and many other installations.
Login through docbinba.wpengine.com/wp-admin/ instead of docbinba.wpengine.com/access-page/ to access admin dashboard. We will review the login process before the next update to check if this is related to WPDM or server settings.
Please go to download-manager/tpls/admin/metaboxes/attached-files.php file and uncomment ( remvoe // ) marked line,

We have added the patch in our side for the next update.
It is not anchoring to bottom. After submission, the form is disappeared which shortens the page height and makes the footer visible.

If there is only one pdf file in a package any download link should serve the pdf file directly. But if there are multiple files in a package, main download button serves a compressed file which contains all files in it.
You have to enable single files download when there are multiples files in a package, If you want to download those pdfs as pdf file separately.
Use Extended page template in package settings to show single file download links.

This is related to the tabindex attribute of your form fields. Your form fields’ tabindex values are set in a random order, that’s why it is jumping to footer when you press tab.
Fixing the tabindex values in your form will fix this issue.

If other user faces this issue check the frontend settings. Maybe the user does not have required permission to post from frontend.

How do I get access to your server directory ( http://docbinba.wpengine.com/ ) using FTP client like Filezilla? WP Engine login info does not work in FileZilla.
