Did you try re-installing a fresh copy of Download Manager?
Your key was linked to babydiapercakechatter.com I have unlocked it from there. So, license key should work now. If you didn’t move the another domain and still getting this key error please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check this issue.
You just attached your files to a package. Go to Dashboard Downloads Add New page to create a new package. Then upload file(s) in Attach File Metabox.

I have reinstalled Download Manager there. You didn’t have Archive Page/ Directory addon there. That’s why the shortcode was displaying nothing here http://77.104.149.194/~wfme8532/publications/
I have installed Directory add-on too. So, archive shortcode is working now.
If you need to install any other addon download it here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ and install it by uploading the zip file.

If you need a custom designed template then create a new link/page template from Downloads Templates page. Because your changes will be lost when you update the plugin and you have to make these changes again. Or if it is not too much trouble you can do it the way you are doing now. Just re-edit the template after plugin update.

There is not direct option to change doc preview height. You need to edit plugin code for that.

Looks like the download is not working in pc/laptop too. Might be a plugin conflict. However, I need to check your installation to find the exact reason. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.

If the user is not registered ‘Access Denied’ message will be shown. You can edit this message or add a link to the registration page in this message from Downloads Settings page. I have added the registration page link in the message.

You are using the free version of Download Manager. To use email lock with Mailchimp add-on you need Pro version of WPDM.

1. I have updated filter code. The string should be available for translation now.
2. Removed the link from the title by editing link template. This shortcode using link template Card Embedded ( set in package settings ) which you can edit from Downloads Templates page.
3. Removed border by editing link template.
You can update WPDM. Let me know if there is any issue after updating. I see you are using the latest version of Directory/Archive Page Add-on. So, there shouldn’t be any issue.

Is this shortcode [ms-protect-content id="5532"] coming from your theme or another plugin? If it is coming from a plugin then activating the plugin should fix this.

Looks like js issue is related to your theme. After switching to another theme popup appeared without any issue.
Please update your PHP version to at least 5.4.0
The error is coming from a PHP feature ( short array syntax ) which requires PHP version 5.4.0

Do you have the latest version ( 4.6.7 ) of Download Manager? The registration form should look like the following screenshot if everything is working.

It could be the result of plugin conflict too. Try disabling other plugins to be sure.
