Your theme is messing with jQuery Colorbox added by Package List add-on. I tried with another theme. Everything works fine if I switch the theme. Please ask the theme author to look into this issue.

Your files are not in default wpdm file dir. Keep your files in /uploads/download-manager-files/ directory, that should fix the issue. At first, You can try moving only files for a single package for testing.

How did you attach your files on http://www.optika-italy.com/ ? Did you just upload them or attached from a custom directory?

If you want to remove the link to the package details page, you can do that by using a link template that doesn’t have the [page_url] template tag. Default Template ( Extended ) doesn’t have the page link, you can use that. Or you can clone any template you like and remove the link from there.

Default Link and Page templates are set automatically for each package. You can also override the default link template when inserting the shortcode.

The Box icon is a default icon. The pdf for the TEST was automatically set because of the filename extension.

Sorry, it is not possible yet. But we will look into this to link submissions with packages. For now, you can try the Advanced Custom Fields add-on, which integrates with email lock. Custom form data are saved in Downloads Subscribers page and linked with packages in this case.

I have added the code to functions.php file to modify email lock texts. It is not possible to change the “Your Name”, there is no filter yet to change it.

You are using an old version WordPress. Please install the latest WordPress to fix the TinyMCE issue.
