I can access the login page now. But login not working, it just redirects me to the homepage after form submission. Download Manager is not active there.

Download Manager requires PHP version >= 5.4 You are using an older version of PHP.

Please ask your server support to update the PHP. That will fix this issue.

Hi,

You can add the second category by editing /tpls/wpdm-file-browser-container.php file. Add the new hidden input field as shown below. The input value is the category ID which you have to retrieve programmatically based on your need.

How many pdf attached to a single package? Please send me a pdf you have upload to your package.

Here are some other things you can try,

1 ) Check the server log for any related error.

2 ) Run a test with this template tag [thumb_200x300] to check if the issue is related to directory permission. This tag should show package featured image.

Please send me your custom link/page template code too where you used the pdf thumb tag.

Can’t access https://doingbuzz.com/wp-admin/ page. It is showing “Not available.” message. Do you have a custom login URL?

I see that you have renamed download-manager plugin dir. That should disable the WPDM. If the login issue was coming from WPDM then admin area should be accessible after plugin deactivation.
