You will find the addon on the Plugins page. But there is no settings page for this add-on. The visual editor button is the only GUI coming from this add-on.

You had an outdated version of TinyMCE add-on there. I have installed the latest version and the select package screen is back to normal now.

The login issue may be related to your password. We have an issue there and working on it. Some chars are being stripped of the pass string which is resulting in the invalid pass.

This shortcode in your first link is coming from Archive Page add-on ( Directory Add-on ). Please check if you have activated the add-on.

Couldn’t find anything related to WPDM in your second link. Could you please point me to the exact issue on that page?

Please check your TinyMCE add-on version. it should be 2.7.1

And v.2.7.1 is working fine with latest WPDM in y test. However, if you have the latest add-on but still having the issue, please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will also check the login issue in updates tab.

Are you using the latest version ( 1.6.1 ) of Form Lock? Please send wp-admin login info if you are having the issue with latest WPDM and Form Lock.

We will check this for thoroughly before the next update and will remove it if it not needed.

No need to re-enter the data when you are using the same form. You need to submit one form once in the same session. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if you think the add-on is not working in this way.

The only way left to solve this is doing step by step debug. But I need FTP and wp-admin to do that which you can’t provide. Is it possible for you to set up a publicly accessible test site?

I have installed and verified the v.3.3.8 on your site. You can keep using it as you did before. I am checking the migration add-on issue. Will let you know when there is a solution.
