1 ) Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the infinite loading issue. It should display the ‘Message’ from setting after form submission.

2 ) If you check the “Email Download Link” option in lock settings then WPDM will send an email with download link. So, you don’t have to create 1 form for each package. You can use the same form for all packages.

Please deactivate and delete the old version before installing the latest one. You won’t lose any data or setting if you delete the old version.

Do not use the public profile page for this purpose. Profile page shows the downloads created by the user.

And my downloads page will serve the download without purchase, but users can purchase the product from the product details page. So, the solution for your use case is removing the download button from “My Downloads” page. Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will adjust the code to achieve what we want.

Create a custom field and check the error page again. Creating a custom field should hide these errors. These errors shouldn’t be there even when there is no custom field. We will add a patch in next release to fix it.

Added the 10% tax with cart total. keep the tax enabled from settings, it is required. Other tax settings will be ignored. Anyway, we will fix this in next release and everything will work without any code changes.

Unlocked the key from localhost. No need to apply the key in a temporary domain. You can use WPDM without the key for a short period.

Hi,

Those validation messages come from the user’s Browser and are shown based on the browser’s language settings.

To modify the lock option iframe style make a custom template by copying the template file /download-manager/tpls/lock-options-iframe.php file. Place the file in /your-theme/download-manager/ directory and edit on top of it.

Directory add-on is a separate add-on. You have to purchase it separately if you want to use those AJAX search and filter enabled directory views.

Core plugin has a category shortcode too ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_category-query-all-downloads-from-one-or-more-categories/ ) but has limited feature.

You can also use all packages shortcode ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_all_packages-list-all-downloads-in-tabular-format-in-a-page/ ) which allows you to filter packages by category.

Please send wp-admin login info again. I tried the old credentials, didn’t work.

File Not Found error occurs when the attached file doesn’t exist in the server, that means something went wrong during bulk import. Maybe you haven’t uploaded files in the location where it should be uploaded according to the CSV.

However, no need to worry, there should be a simple solution whatever the situation is. I can provide more info after checking your installation.

The plugin update won’t erase your customization as template files are stored outside the plugin directory.

The custom function will verify the password and save the submitted email. You can copy the wpdm_getlink function from the /download-manager/wpdm-functions.php file and add your custom code on top of it.
