Please install the latest version of the Download Manager Pro to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

You just edit the email-lock template from the Email Templates and insert this code
<a class="button" style="display: block; text-align: center;" href="[#download_url#]">Download</a>
Then let me know if it doesn’t work

The download popup modal is using /download-manager/tpls/link-templates/link-template-button-popup.php template. To customize this template, make a copy and place it in /active-theme/download-manager/link-templates/link-template-button-popup.php location. Then add your customization in this new template.

Now, this new template will override the default one. As the file is outside the plugin directory, your customizations won’t be lost during the plugin update.

Maybe your email server isn’t working. Please try using an SMTP plugin to send emails. Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to that doesn’t work.

use additional parameter category="category-slug" If used, it will show the list of category packages
