it’s not resolved! i’m using [file_list] short code, it’s not working for me as mentioned above! please re-check it on your back-end.

No, the issue is with the template, I’ve changed the page and link template and the issue is showing up even with your test package.

down in the Download Links section, a list of files is available, while the “Download” button is not showing because the user has to login or the user doesn’t have permission to download this.
I need to tell the user that by disabling this section or let the user know that he don’t have permission.

I found them in wp_options with name “_fm_page_templates” and “_fm_link_templates”.
However, when I did insert the same value it didn’t work..

is there any other value I should follow?

Hello,
we were using the last available WPDM for us, because we bought the Pro version for 1 year, so that we can’t upgrade to last version now until we pay back again.. and the issue is the you are asking for the same price for upgrade/new purchase and that’s not fair!
for PHP errors I’ve check and there’s no errors.
