Thank you for your reply and your offer of further help. I will check for the conflict myself. But my preferred option is to disable the package download altogether. Is it possible?

Hi. Thank you for your reply. The URL is this https://www.peprimary.co.uk/index.php/sample/

If you click on Sample materials menu option, you will see the Download button will give you an error message. But clicking on the link to Zip package, lists the files and allows download of individual ones.

It appears that our site was hacked somehow. WE have now restored from backup and everything seems to work fine. Many thanks for your help and excellent service

Ok, I have now installed the new version and activated it. However when I access my packages and try to download them, I get “File not found” error. Any suggestions?

Thank you Nayeem. I have now managed to download it. I am hoping that installing the upgrade will resolve the issues we have been having and that the upgrade will keep all the data and the file structure intact

If there’s anything that I need to specifically consider, please let me know. I will check the info on your website too

Hi Naweem. Your support team has just re-activated my pro account (that I have been paying for annually) which enable me to access this forum and update my version of Pro . However, when I try to download the latest version, it is asking for $99. But I have already paid $45 a few month ago to renew it! Do I need to pay double? Or do I get the latest version under my current subscription?

Thank you for your help. I used [file_list_extended] because I wanted to display the i mage and [file_list] doesn’t include this feature. But my ideal solution would be to word wrap the titles when using [file_list_extended] instead of truncating them on smaller screens. Is this possible? Can I change the code to do this. This would be a useful addition to the template.

Also, how do you change the font of the titles in any template?

Also, can the font be changed into a responsive one on the document title so that it gets adjusted on smaller screens? At the moment. long document titles get truncated on smaller screens. This is very inconvenient obviously
