Ok, I have now installed the new version and activated it. However when I access my packages and try to download them, I get “File not found” error. Any suggestions?
Thank you Nayeem. I have now managed to download it. I am hoping that installing the upgrade will resolve the issues we have been having and that the upgrade will keep all the data and the file structure intact

Hi Naweem. Your support team has just re-activated my pro account (that I have been paying for annually) which enable me to access this forum and update my version of Pro . However, when I try to download the latest version, it is asking for $99. But I have already paid $45 a few month ago to renew it! Do I need to pay double? Or do I get the latest version under my current subscription?

Thank you for your help. I used [file_list_extended] because I wanted to display the i mage and [file_list] doesn’t include this feature. But my ideal solution would be to word wrap the titles when using [file_list_extended] instead of truncating them on smaller screens. Is this possible? Can I change the code to do this. This would be a useful addition to the template.
Also, how do you change the font of the titles in any template?

I am trying to bulk import but the File Browser window is completely blank. I have tweaked the File Browser Root many different ways, and still no joy. Is the Root the physical path of the folder? can it be a relative path? How can I find the actual physical root on the server? The default root that appears in the settings doesn’t work BTW. Any help will be great
