Have we got any resolutions to this? It’s getting frustrating how long it takes to get an answer out of the support team

I am trying to bulk import but the File Browser window is completely blank. I have tweaked the File Browser Root many different ways, and still no joy. Is the Root the physical path of the folder? can it be a relative path? How can I find the actual physical root on the server? The default root that appears in the settings doesn’t work BTW. Any help will be great
