I have resolved my own problem which I brought on myself in the name of securitay. My problem was I am using XML-RPC plugin 2.1.5 and I disabled the wordpress JSON REST API for not logged in users. This prevented the downloads for visitors after the CAPTCHA was complete. Sorry to be a burden.

FINALLY!!!! I found a solution to my problem with Download Manager. My solution was to include more than just the Download Manager tag. [wpdm_package id='13128'] It is obvious that the latest updates to the Download Manager templates introduce some serious CSS bugs. By reverting back to an older template my problem is solved! [wpdm_package id='13128' template="link-template-default-old"]

I’m happy to be back in action before the updates crippled my TablePress tables with the Download Manager default shortcode.

Okay, the download do work now on that page because I had to disable Bootstrap CSS before they would appear in the table. If I enable Bootstrap CSS then the buttons appear somewhat normal on the POST pages but do not appear in the Tablepress plugin. As you can see from your screenshot the Download buttons aren’t the proper size or color in the tablepress plugin. This use to work and after several updates it has stopped working. I would prefer to have the normal download button appear blue and a smaller size as specified in the settings shortcode section of the plugin.

Thank you very much for your help. Yes, I noticed a small problem now with the page: https://www.dukemaps.net/?page_id=38
It appears those files can’t be downloaded now. Perhaps this has to do with the next update. I really appreciate your help and when this gets fixed so that it is working properly I would like to make a donation or contribution to your software. Please let me know the best way I can do this.

I think what I am struggling with is getting it to work properly on a POST page then also properly in a Tablepress Row. It appears there are some problems with the download links within tablepress plugin. This is why I had to Disable certain functions of the Download Manager Plugin. Particularly Bootstrap CSS needs to be disabled to see the download button within a Tablepress cell as shown in the Link mentioned above.

*** UPDATE ***
I have since gone back into my WordPress to disable Bootstrap CSS so that my downloads will be available in a Tablepress row. I noticed this was unchecked due to your changes. But it prevents people from downloading files if left unchecked.

Thanks,
Paul

Bootstrap CSS is already enabled =S Buttons look absolutely fine in the WordPress admin download manager page. But they don’t work the same on the public facing pages.
