Can you update the WPDM plugin this way?

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been enabled with the latest version.

After that let me know if it is working then.

Ok now you have to browse via Bulk Import option to the corresponded folder, but you have to do it once a time only. And as an admin, you shouldn’t attach a file like wp-config.php. hope you have got your answer.
