Hi,

I think you are attaching the file from the Select From Media Library.

When you attach files from media library as URL WPDM simply redirect to that URL when a user clicks on the download button, but when you upload a file directly or attach a file from server as server path, WPDM handles the download process and so there it can decide whether the file will open in browser or force download. So, if your file is already in the media library, and you want them to download instead of open in browser, please attach those files using the server file browser instead of the medial library file selector.

You can check the template tags here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/, if you search here by fav you will find [fav_button], [fav_button_sm], [fav_button_ico]. you can use them in your custom template files.

Hi,

If somebody clicks the download button, then it needs to stay on the same page for some time. Like when you press the button it downloads the file from the generated link. By default, the feature is, it has to be closed the popup manually.

I was checking your Bold Builder plugin, where was the conflict creating. I was removing one portion of the plugin, but refreshing the page giving me now Error in your site. Before that, I have backed up your plugin in zip, you can extract it too from wp-contents > plugins. Hi,

If you disable Bootstrap CSS from Downloads > Settings > User Interface, it might be helpful for you. But let me know if there are other functions get broken too, then have to look at the Bootstrap CSS code for further approach.
