Yes, i have checked this, i have checked from my testing site too, it is working fine from here, but somehow when you have set the login page, it is not coming to the same logo, please see my attached screenshot,

i have compared between two conditions between them

you can rename the file name as well as get the attached files link as I image attached,

please if you want to give specific logo for login page, you should give the logo URL in the shortcode, and please select the given shortcode page from the Login Page option
