It is maybe somehow typo mistake, please download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases or Please put your correct license in Downloads > Settings > License and press Save Settings again. After that try to update again. Hope that it will work for you.

I can’t able to create a testing package, can you check if there any conflicts remained within your theme/plugins, the package settings have been frozen, can’t move one option to other, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, moreover you can also switch theme to other for checking, please then let me know

It is giving 404 error while selecting Select Server option, you may check this article why generally option gives 404 errors, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/how-to-fix-wordpress-posts-returning-404-error/, however, some options have to customize because they are core files, but some small adjustments can be done which doesn’t need core adjustments
