you have to use [categories], [tags] in you link/page templates from plugins\download-manager\tpls\page-templates|link-templates PHP file file, you can back-up your files following this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/

and for file size clearing the package size option under package settings should reset the data after the package is updated, please check

You have attached audio files from google drive add-on. For external remote files, they are not playable for audio files now, When you attach files from the media library, select server or select files option WPDM handles the audio player audio playing process. I think you would better use uploading file from select files option, select from the server or select from media library option for local or remote side, it is working fine for audio file playing from them
