It is your server settings problem, the WordPress by default getting 20 MB too, I have checked from add new Media file, please check my attached image,

The credentials are the same as our credentials, please check your credentials from your amazon s3 dashboard. put it there again

1 ) Download the latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Install the latest version

Only name and email address are working now on the cart page. if you active Ask for billing address on checkout page option from settings or Enable tax calculation, then it will again show. please check now
