For example, in your demo I see a toolbar https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/pdf-viewer/

On mine I don’t see that.

I think I got it, how can I bulk add the link template to hundreds of files I have on my website?

Also, is there some options on how the pdfs are shown? Add toolbar, etc?

I disabled warnings in the wp-config file, this is a local text environment. There is no live link yet. sorry.

After I disable the warning, all seems ok.

Two questions:

How can I close the player? I know I can pause it, etc. But I don’t see a way to close it once its opened https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/audio-songs-2/

You send me the file in that google link, that file is not available in wp downloads pro addons? How hard would it be to have a different player instead of the wavesurfer-player?

Thank you I installed but got error:

Warning: Attempt to read property "ID" on array in [*** hidden URL **]\wp-content\plugins\wpdm-audio-player\wpdm-audio-player.php on line 105

Does the shortcode have to be different?

I’m using this:
[wpdm_package id='fileid' template='link-template-audio']

PS: Please check the demo of your audio files, only the first item plays on my end. The others doesn’t seem to be mp3 players.

Hi there, before I send you the details tell me something. I noticed the client has letters with accents, spaces, commas, ç characters, in the file name. Could that cause some issues? I didn’t have the sanitized file name enabled before because only I uploaded files.

But now since the client is more hands on they didn’t really knew or cared about the file names.

I’m going to copy the files and test after lunch, but I was just wondering if that could be the issue

Still doens’t on mine, and on yhour demo only works on the first item.

Could it be because I have about 20 audio files in the page?

Hello

Could you try with the proper browser and not an emulator like browserstack?

This happens both in my website and in your test website on real safari browser both to me, coworkers and client.

Does that need to be done every time the plugin is updated or does that work with the templates as well? https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/

Thanks, but how I can limit the files allowed per package in the PRO version?
What I need is one package = one file
