All the subscribers download limits were reset all at the same time. Did you do that?

Did you do anything other than switch theme?

The issue with download limits resetting way sooner than they should is still happening.

And all accounts are having their limits reset at the same time. It’s not just one or two. At some point all of them are resetting to zero despite all having different reset times.

I deactivated every plugin that wasn’t necessary for the page to load and activated an alternate theme and that did not fix it.

This was working yesterday and no plugins have been changed, added or updated since then.

Hi Tanvir,

I will check both and let you know if need anything.

Another question, I want to override wppromembership files and I can not see this structure on above link. I have already override “plan-catalogue/default.php” but not able to override below file.

Here is the plugin path : plugins/wppromembership/src/Account/my-account.php

Please provide a proper solution for this.

Thank you.

Hello Tanvir,

I have two other queries:

1) I want to redirect to a specific page after successfully signing up.
2) I have added plan shortcodes for different pages, like (Home & Pricing) page.

https://mockible.com/
https://mockible.com/pricing/

When I clicked the subscribe button, was it possible to redirect the URL to the pricing page, and then I could select the payment option there?

Let me know if you have any questions regarding these two points.

Thank you

Hey Nayeem,

I think you misunderstood.

We have three membership tiers. If I am signed up to the lowest tier and decide I want to change to the medium tier. When I do that through the my account/subscrpitions page, it creates an additional subscription instead of replacing the old one with the new one.

So if I’m signed up to the Basic tier then upgrade to the Pro tier, I will be signed up to both tiers. I would then need to cancel the basic tier so I’m not charged twice. Does that make sense?

Whatever membership plan I’m on, it should get replaced when I upgrade/downgrade. Not create two memberships

Any update on this?

Yeah that’s what we did here – https://mockible.com/get-3-free-credits/

It just shows a single plan but when you click the button to sign up, it shows you all of the plans. I just want it to show the free one.

And similarly on this page – https://mockible.com/pricing/ when someone signs up to one of those plans, I don’t want it to show the free option
